SITUATION AND MISSION:
Following the success of #op-neptune-spear, where we discovered the location of the enemy's UAV base in classified reports, aerial ISR assets have been deployed to scour the sector. They have confirmed that the two main bases from which the UAVs are launched and maintained are located in West RA1. Our mission priority is to sabotage the UAVs and to render the infrastructure inoperable. Prior to engaging the two bases, securing Outpost Red Ferret is paramount. This location houses a sizable QRF prepared to respond to any emergencies at the western bases. Maintaining covert status at this location is crucial, as any alert could prompt the enemy to launch the UAVs, compromising our mission. If they get airborne, we will lose our chance to destroy them all in a single sortie.
CONCEPT OF OPERATION:
Team CRUSADER will deploy from South Cape Station at 2020 hours and execute a HALO jump at the landing zone south of Alpha. We will then proceed on foot to the objectives, adhering to the route outlined on the TACMAP. ISR strongly recommends these infiltration points as the safest. (edited)
